Incredible views of the ocean and the Hassan II Mosque, spacious place, staff is highly friendly and good communication. The property needs little bit renovation and maintenance. Besides, it was great to stay and definitely would stay a second time.

Unit was in a great position for visiting the Hassan II Mosque and Ricks Cafe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unit was very spacious. The manager was very kind to organise a taxi to airport and highly recommend asking for Mourad the taxi driver

Overall it’s very fine, but property conditions are too old and unmatched to its perfect location and orientation. The room is very spacious but a lot of property facilities were not functioning very well, missing tv remote control, shower towels are basic, etc. but it’s still very good if you decide to stay for a short period of time. You will have the most accessibility to almost all tour sites.

The view is all this apartment has & nothing else!

Ok first the GOOD : Incredible views & unfortunately that is all The BAD : This property was probably amazing 10 years ago but after that it was never maintained, ever! None of the massive sliding doors lock ( there are so many sliding doors all over including in all the bedrooms) It doesn’t feel safe because they don’t lock and if you have kids - you are constantly concerned. Everything in the apartment is WORN. Terrible WiFi. No towels, had to ask multiple times and finally delivered wet worn out towels. The elevators and building ALL WORN OUT and dirty & does not provide a luxury experience at all. The front desk people and staff are not professional and aren’t trained for a luxury residential apartment. You are right above a big restaurant called Le Gatsbty and you hear them all night moving things around & loud music. Don’t eat a Le Gatsby - the food is terrible and they only accept cash and the staff is very French rude. We checked out & left so early in the morning because we were done with the place ! I wish I had nice things to say but it was a thumbs down for us & you have been warned ! BEWARE!

Beautiful w a superb view of the Mosque

Everything good, but at night time 9pm till midnight the loud music n noise from the Ground floor restaurant is terrible! Apartment on 1/F, feel the bang n vibration of loud music, then moving furniture after music stopped ☹️

This property is right above a restaurant. At 8:30 pm, (on Saturday), a BAND began to play in the restaurant and it was very loud. It woke me up and I was not able to sleep until they stopped at 11:45. The apartment was beautiful as was the view of the mosque, but the noise ruined it.

Schreckliche Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr heruntergekommen. Es roch auch am nächsten Tag noch nach Insektenspray. Nicht richtig sauber, Schimmel im Bad, schlechte Ausstattung in der Küche. Aber am schlimmsten ist der Lärm. Die Fenster sind alles Schiebetüren, die mehrheitlich kaputt sind und nicht mehr richtig schließen. Dadurch dringt der ganze Straßenlärm Tag und Nacht in die Wohnung. Ein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ist daher nicht angenehm und so sind wir nach der ersten Nacht in ein schönes Riad umgezogen. Die Aussicht auf die Moschee und die Nähe dazu ist genial. Aber das ist auch das einzig Positive. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!
