I requested a non smoking room when I booked the hotel on line, the room they gave us was a smoking room, when I asked the front desk whether they can gave us another non smoking room, front desk state it was the only room left. Hotel is generally clean and good location.

The staff here were excellent! Hamza was great at recommending places to eat and assist with everything we needed. The room’s remote was not working, making it inconvenient to turn tv off and on. The patio doors didn’t have a lock. Needed to order towels after I checked in.

Our room here at Park Suites are one of the almost best rooms i have ever stayed in or so/so ! Its big and spacious and super clean feeling, plus has a tiny kitchen in And the overall feeling of this entire hotel is magnificent. ! Very basic but well located

To start with good I must say bed was very comfortable, we had daily cleaning and change of towels. Everything else is far from what is on the pictures and description. Here Hotel Spa, in there different name in front of hotel, inside of hotel. There is no spa service or fitness facilities, sound proof rooms are a joke! You can hear street notices, doors shutting, lift like it’s all happening in the room. There is a kitchenette but only one of plate, cup and cutlery. We only made tea there. Breakfast was very basic, very limited choice, only hot food was fried eggs that were dry by 10am, water down coffee.

Friendliness and luxury

This was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I've had. All of the staff were extremely friendly, my room was huge, and the hotel is in a good location. On the last day of my trip, I met the owner of the hotel who was very friendly and offered us a farewell tea. If I'm ever staying in Casablanca again, this will be my spot.

A gem in the heart of Casablanca.

This hotel is really a gem in the heart of Casablanca. The suites are amazingly big and open. The service is out standing, especially Mohammed at the front desk. He was really helpful and willing to assist in anyway possible. I will definitely go back to the same hotel in my next visit. It really deserves the 5 star hotel rank.

Not value for money.

I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel didn’t serve breakfast for 4 days on time and didn’t serve at all for 1 day. I also found a cockroach on the 4th floor. The room should have had kitchenware but no fry pan or pot.

Suite? Or not?

We booked two rooms. One looked like the pictures, the other did not. We weren’t there long enough to really care. Just needed a place to rest before our next flight. One think I do have to say, the coffee machine was not in any of the rooms. Did not see a kettle or any sort of coffee machine in the rooms. Not sure if you have to request it or not, but again, weren’t there long enough to care.

Very very dirty hotel, bedding filthy with nauseous smell as if you were in slautery graveyard, only one towel was there and that was stained with blood, the poor receptionist did changed, however he was terrified when I told him this was filmed on mobile. Breakfast horrible we had to go out for fill up. The bathroom very dirty and smelly. For assumed 4* you expect tea and water in room! Non provided. Enterace of the level 3 which was the room located filthy and gives smell of dead rat, No view, the noise of street and down stair bar music terrible Staff were ok

Le séjour était décevant dans le sens ou cela ne correspondait pas au descriptif dans le site. Pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel, pas de services taxi, navette pour l'aéroport payante, pas de balcon a la chambre, pas de peignoir , enfin toutes choses proposées et absentes. Toutefois, le personnel était a l’écoute et très agréable et serviable, le confort de la chambre bon.
