"Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa! Viajamos de moto e chegamos um pouco antes do horário previsto. Entramos em contato com a Cíntia, que prontamente nos liberou o chalé uma hora mais cedo, evitando que ficássemos esperando. O local é encantador e já impressiona pela beleza externa. Por dentro, o chalé é completo — até as torneiras têm água quente! Tudo muito bonito, bem equipado e extremamente confortável. O café da manhã é servido no local e você pode apreciá-lo com tranquilidade no conforto...

"Inaugurated about 6 months ago after an extensive 5 year renovation. Fabulous location in the heart of Tiradentes. On the main square and surrounded by bars and restaurants. "

"Good location, but bad management. Booked a 4 bed apartment, but it was not available at check in. The apartment is falling apart. The faucets come off in your hand, the doors don't close, and the shower is terrible. The staff have no training to deal with guests. The highlight was a good breakfast."

"The rooms and building were in good condition. Very comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly as well. Recommended. The only 2 negatives are that the jacizzi hit tub was non functional and the water was extremely luke warm at best (cold side). As well,workers started renos at 7am all week and we feel this should have been managed better with a 9am start. It is a hotel after all. We were never warned about this event."
