"La habitacion fue espaciosa, aunque falta algo de mantenimiento, la puerta del baño estaba desajustada y habia una luz intermitente que no se podia controlar, a pesar que reservamos para 4 personas solo colocaron servicio de toallas para 2 personas - que se arreglo solicitando toallas adicionales -. Fuera de eso el lugar es agradable con muy buen espacio de estacionamiento, y en muy buena ubicacion para asistir al Estadio Francisco I Madero."

"Reception and reception area was very good. Breakfast was good. We had issues with the rooms for a two might stay . First room when we entered smelled terrible and the phone wasnt working, we mentioned to receptionist and they said they would bring something for the smell - didnt happen. Next day we changed rooms that was much better except missing shower curtain and toilet not filling, both items were fixed . Apart from the odour in the first room judt minor issues but overall just csused minor irritation. Decent enough hotel but probably wouldnt choose to stay there again . "

"Front desk clerk and service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. I tried the Middle Eastern food at the restaurant, and it was substandard - fatoush was awful and shawarma bread was way too thick. Phone in room did not work and hot water did not arrive to my room after some minutes, so I took cold shower. However I would stay again for the pluses and the good price vs competitors."
