The staff was very friendly and nice, both checking in and out. The room was clean, but sadly the entire facility is in need of remodeling. From the carpets, floors, furniture, tub, everything is very worn out. Although it was clean, everything looked in poor condition.

There is no "pay at check in". They charged my card in the morning. I then paid full fee for 2 nights and then that night they charged me again. I had 3 transactions for the same stay in one day. NO BREAKFAST!!!! Will not stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and initially had some issues with the linens, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way management handled the situation completely changed my impression. Upon checkout, the manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to make things right — she personally offered us $30 cash for breakfast and even allowed us to choose several snacks for our road trip as a thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters most. Because of Wendy’s excellent service and willingness to ensure we left on a positive note, I’m happy to revise my review and say I would stay here again. Thank you, Wendy, for turning our experience around!

Great hotel for the price. It's very convenient to have a full kitchen in the room. My only complaint is the AC never shuts off so it is always noisy. And there is no elevator.

Smell of weed

Front desk was friendly the only thing is that we could smell where people were smoking weed!! Don’t like the smell of it but other than that bed was very comfy and room was nice and clean .

Shocked absolutely no accommodations for smokers. Signs on building said smokers go to back of building, no accommodations in back of building. There website should state Smokers not welcomed. Also sign on door no weapons allowed, in Arizona we follow Constitution carry rules. Example of corporations who don’t understand market. Finally no elevator to second floor, warn potential customers. Employees were nice.

It was between this hotel and the one across the street. Online descriptions from many sites, to include the hotel website, stated that this hotel had breakfast. There is NO breakfast. I would have paid more to go to the hotel across the street for breakfast. found a few insects crawling around. Sofa was filthy. Rooms smelled musty and the hallways smelled like wet animals. Luckily we only needed lodging for one night. In the plus side, staff was pleasant, friendly and professional.

The area outside was fine and I never noticed any traffic noise while in the room. However that being said the room itself felt dirty. There was hair on the shower wall and in the sink in the bathroom. The shower faucet was literally coming off the wall and would pull from the wall when turning on the shower. The floor looked and felt dirty throughout the room. The bed is super hard. I would never stay here again.

Very strange layout

We rented this room because it had two king beds,. The room was laid out with both king beds.Footboard to footboard to footboard there was enough room in between the two beds, just the weirdest thing I ever saw.
