"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. "The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "Simply our favorite place. We are an extended family made up of two grandparents, three families, and kids ranging from 10 to 17 years old, and for the past ten years, we’ve chosen Alborea Eco Lodge as our summer holiday destination. Every time it confirms our love for it—and every time, it’s hard to leave. Once again this year, the nautical activities were a big hit, especially with the kids, who enthusiastically took part in windsurfing, sailing, and canoeing. The food this year was perhaps the best we’ve had in the past ten years. A sincere thank-you and congratulations to the entire kitchen staff. A special mention goes to the Zurawski Band, whose live music created truly beautiful moments, adding a touch of quality and atmosphere to the already engaging entertainment offered by Bluserena’s amazing Dream Team. The resort staff is impeccable—kind, helpful, and always attentive to guests’ needs, from the reception team to the dining room staff, the bar crew, and the shuttle drivers. A lovely new addition this year was Gianmarco, the photographer, who, with great professionalism and discretion, managed to capture the most beautiful moments of our vacation. We highly recommend taking the time for a personalized photo session with him—a truly special memory to take home. For us, Alborea is much more than just a destination: it’s a tradition, a family ritual, a place where every year we find warm hospitality, nature, comfort, and genuine beauty."
