The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. "We stayed two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and comfortable and the view from our second floor room was breathtaking. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the breakfasts! The staff was friendly and accomodating. We arrived after dark tired from a long day of traveling and were greeted warmly. When we conveyed that we'd had no dinner the receptionist shared her dinner with us. That kind and generous gesture was certainly unexpected and absolutely delightful! ...

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, had great experiences with everyone we interacted with. We had some trouble with our original booking and the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were fairly compensated for the issue. Location right across the lake was perfect. Would definitely come again! "
