"While the single basic rooms are cozy, they have nice sized bathrooms to spread into and a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling. We took advantage of Online Check-in and received free coffee, tea and soda during our stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the train station or Prado. Just around the corner from Reina Sofia, Botanical Gardens, Retiro Park."

"Hotel is close to the metro and bus stop which is a big plus! However, There's not that many choices in restaurants nearby. Our room was tiny, bed is not that comfortable such that my husband and I woke up with back pains. There was a space to hang clothes that's it, there are no drawers, no safe, no ref. We had to leave our clothes in our suitcases and store under the bed. The room is clean. Breakfast is adequate."

"Great 4-star hotel, just 10 minutes by hotel shuttle from Madrid Barajas International Airport Terminal 4, where the jumbo aircraft Transatlantic and other long haul flights depart.

"Overall, my stay at the property was great. First the good things, the location is good close to most of the major attractions. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food in the restaurant is as good as any of the restaurants in the city, there was only two things that weren’t great the housekeeping staff didn’t really clean the room too well daily they would forget to refill the coffee and change out the coffee cups, and would even leave used room service plates in the room. also one other thing I was on the sixth floor and there was some loud noise above my room all night long. I don’t know what it was. It did not prevent me from sleeping much, but perhaps that should be looked at. "
