"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean, lots of fun games for the kids, and lots of towels/cleaning products and other amenities for us to use on hand. Every house we typically stay at it seems like cheap DIY projects with patches or they don’t have everything they say to offer, but this house felt like a nice home with well intentioned quality design.Appreciate it! "

"Very spacious and cozy! Large, functional and very stocked kitchen! Only thing that worried me was the busy road out front. A lot of traffic all times of the day. But, with the fenced in back yard it wasn’t a huge deal! I’d definitely rent again!"

"Everything about this home was perfect for our group of parents & adult kids! Very clean & beautiful home. The layout of the house allowed us to play games around the kitchen together & gather, but offered plenty of spaces for privacy. We enjoyed grilling outside, we love to cook, so the we really appreciated all the cooking utensils and gadgets. Booking, Directions & communication was excellent. "Everything was exactly as described. The home is beautiful and appears newly updated. It was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and other areas. The concrete walkway to the lake is very nice and really not too steep. The fire pit area was nice and relaxing in the evening. The dock was perfect! We rented a pontoon from a nearby marina and kept it at the dock with no problems. We swam from the dock area and had a blast. Overall, the house was amazing and I would recommend ...

"Family trip. Cousins and friends. We are boaters . Beautiful house and a beautiful lake. The only negative Was the walk from the house to the dock. It’s a doozy. Other than that everything was great. Swimming at the dock and playing on the slide as a good time. We have already decided this is where we’re staying next year. Also enjoyed the Blackstone and the grill outside breakfast and dinner."

"Nice condo. Clean with convenient amenities. #1 aggravation was they only furnish thru streaming. No way to watch regular channels. Ie: Couldn’t watch Vols game or any other SEC football. They need to mention in their description that you must bring a fire stick to watch regular live TV. Had some concerns about the patio being unclean but they responded immediately & sent housekeeping. Nice place to stay, great accessibility to Market Square & Gay Street. Just OK for the price. "
