Charming 2bed/2ba remodeled in Knoxville
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, very close to downtown, UT, stadium, Walmart, restaurants, 1 hour from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, 1 minute from highway 275 which connects to the most important highways in 2 minutes.
The house has 3 bedrooms; one is closed off and is the one I use when the house is not rented, this third bedroom will never be used by me during your stay to ensure your complete privacy. The listing includes a master bedroom with a spacious bathroom featuring a rain shower with head and back massage jets, a second bedroom with direct access to a full guest bathroom and a back door that connects to the porch and the fairly large backyard, a modern open-plan kitchen, living and dinning area, and a laundry for extended stays. The front of the house also has a small garden with 2 chairs to enjoy the view. The house is very comfortable and you are invited to enjoy it during your stay in Knoxville.
