This beautiful white villa offers peace, space and privacy in a colorful flower and palm garden with panoramic ocean views.
The house is situated on a 6300 m2 plot in an area of rolling hills with vineyards, cork oak and almond trees.

The villa has a private pool, plenty of shade outside, air-conditioning and a large living room including a fireplace.

The area where this villa is built is one of the few strips close to the coast where the original landscape of the Algarve is still preserved.

Beaches:
The beaches of Praia da Marinha and Benagil are within 1 km distance from the house. These beaches are located between famous rock formations and are child-friendly.
Praia da Marinha, voted as one of the top three finest beaches in Europe, is just 900 meters away. The beach of Benagil has a number of beautiful restaurants & terraces for lunch or dinner, including fresh seafood just taken from the morning catches of the fishermen at the same beach.


The busier resorts Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêra are 3 to 5 miles from the house.

The villa is built in the heart of Caramujeira. Today, it is forbidden by law to build in the immediate surroundings of the villa, which makes this place unique.

From several sun decks, you can sit in front of the ocean. At night, you will see the fishermen going out, while in the early morning, you can see them coming back.

When I am there myself, I visit the beach at least once when the fishermen arrive very early. There, you can still witness the ancient tradition of trading fish on the beach of Benagil. The restaurant owners from neighboring towns often come to buy their fresh fish.

The nearest supermarket is approximately a 5-minute drive away. Bigger shopping centers can be found within a 15 to 20-minute drive. It is advisable to rent a car during the entire stay at the villa.
