Situated 50 meters from Paraíso beach, and 500 meters from the picturesque Carvoeiro Beach, I rent T1 equipped for a good holiday in a quiet area. Consisting of 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, terrace with table and chairs, private parking (capacity 2 adults or 2 adults with one child). Cleaning and change of clothes once a week. Prices vary by month! If you are looking for something with these features, do not hesitate, contact for more information.

The accomodation is perfect. Quite close to the city centre and the main beach. The house has everything you need for your staying: parking in the property, kitchen with all appliances. huge bathroom with shower, A/C, WiFi and TV set. Lovely place, highly recommended

lovely stay

This is a great place to spend a few days to see the caves and the beautiful landscape. Everything was as presented online. The weather didn't cooperate for our stay but otherwise all was enjoyable.

Great stay in Carvoerio, just a little off the beaten path

We had a lovely time in Carvoeiro. The apartment was perfect for our 5 days. Having the kitchen to make a meal or two was awesome. Might be nice to have a few more condiments available but everything was great. A bit of a walk to the main beach and strip of restaurants, etc but we didn't mind that as we prefer not to be in the busy parts. The host Maria Jose was very warm, kind and accommodating.

A lovely stay with a brilliant host

We loved our stay at Maria's sea view apartment. The apartment is well stocked with everything you could need, the bed is comfy and it's spotless and clean. You can sit outside in the sun and look out onto the sea. The beach is just a short walk away. Maria was a brilliant host, she looked after us so well. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Perfect place to stay

Nice quiet basement apartment that has a great location a 10 minute amble to the center of town. There is a well appointed kitchen so you can cook in if you like, but the place is steps away from a store and several very good places to eat

The absolute best

Everything was perfect. Maria, the host, is so warm and welcoming. The apartment feels like a home. It is cozy and comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen has everything needed for a long term stay. The location couldn’t be better. Quiet. The view from the patio is beautiful and two famous beaches are only minutes walk away. It is a short drive to some of the best known cliff walks in the Algarve.

Wonderful stay in Carvoeiro

Mathis apartment is perfect for 2 people and well located, short walk to beach and center of town. It is immaculate inside and out. Kitchen is very well stocked and a steady supply of clean towels. Our host Maria, is wonderful.

What a hidden gem!

The location of this unit is excellent. Five minute walk to Carvoeiro's gorgeous beach and shops, 2 minute walk to local supermarket and several restaurants. No need to stress about parking as there is street parking available. Maria is so sweet and she looks after you like your grandmother would. We plan on coming back and this is where we plan on staying.

Lovely, well equipped apartment, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. Very quiet but with perfect access to town centre with the added bonus of sea views. Only negative for us was the hard bed.

Exceptional

Excellent property for two people. Lovely location above cliffs, easy walk into town and down to beach, local shop and nice restaurants. Special mention for Maria who was a truly excellent host. She keeps an immaculate and very well and thoughtfully kitted out property - down to the spare adaptors should you have forgotten to bring your own. She lives adjacent, but was very discreet. Quite exceptional!

Comfortable and relaxing get away spot

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights in July. Property was clean and felt spacious, the property stayed surprisingly cool, but the air con was great to have when needed. The apartment is equipped with everything you need from tupperware, to beach towels, to all kitchen appliances and to good wifi. The property is in a great location to get around the Algarve and has 2 beaches within walking distance (under 15 minutes). The center of Carvoeiro has plenty of restaurants, which is a 10-15 minute walk or if you do not fancy going into the center, there is a complex less than 5 minutes away which has a few restaurants, bars and a Spar. In regards to the hosts, Maria was very responsive and friendly. There was another lady who greeted us and gave us the tour (we thought she was Maria's mother, but not sure), she was very friendly and helpful, she even came to wave us off. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can definitely see ourselves staying again.

Charming stay in amazing location

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights at the end of September. Maria greeted us with her huge smile and showed us around the property. She lives in the top half and the rental is on the ground level with a delightful courtyard for dining and lounging. There is space for a small car to park in front. The property has a terrific view of the ocean from the courtyard and it's within walking distance of the main beach and town with many shops and restaurants. Even a small grocery store about a block away. The house, although simply furnished, has everything you'll need and was extremely clean. We cooked many meals there. Maria was a delight and even though she doesn't speak much English, we were able to communicate with lots of gestures. It was sunny and in the 80's every day, but cooled off at night with no need for the air conditioner. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. We did as many locals do and hung our laundry on the drying rack outside. There was only 1 roll of TP and paper towels. Everything else like plastic wrap, napkins, condiments, clothes detergent, toiletries, etc. will need to be purchased at the store. We loved our time spent there and hope to return one day. A wonderful location and a perfect home. Maria is the best host ever, making sure you have everything to make your stay perfect. Market, restaurants and beach are walking distance. If you are wanting to see other beaches a car is a must.
