"My daughter developed a significant rash during her stay, and the sheets felt rough and sandy. When she reported it, she was told the hotel would comp one night. When I later called to follow up, I was transferred between multiple departments, forced to repeat the story several times, and ultimately told by a supervisor that no refund had ever been offered. She also suggested that my daughter should have requested different sheets due to "allergies"—despite having no history of bedding allergies and no reason to expect a reaction. The promised callback never happened. The hotel felt outdated and not particularly clean, and several staff members were indifferent or impolite. Beautiful grounds, but poor accommodations and even worse customer service."

"I was very disappointed in The ChurchHill. The staff was not helpful, even cutting me off and not even looking up to answer my question of when check out time was. My room was never cleaned and towels Were not replaced on my fifth day, even though the room was available from 9:30 am- 11:30pm. I found the staff quite rude to guests. The hotel has no amenities other than some coffee in the morning. I wish I had stayed at another hotel."

"The room could’ve been cleaner there was a ring around the toilet. But other than that it was good. We enjoyed the pool area and the gym. The hotel is very big and spacious. The only issue we really had was housekeeping. We stayed on the ninth floor whoever the housekeeper was on the floor of the morning of us leaving was very rude. We’re still sleeping. She doesn’t even knock on the door announcing who she is. She just uses the key and try to enter the door. This was around9:30 AM you can hear her doing the same thing to the people in the room next to us. You can hear them yelling at her that they weren’t ready for housekeeping either. then 15 minutes before checkout we’re getting ready to leave. She comes and tries to entrr the room again with the key didn’t knock again, telling us to hurry up she was extremely rude to the point. My sister ended up, forgetting her jacket hanging in the closet because she was trying to rush us out the room."

"A very quaint, charming, and classy boutique hotel. The front desk is literally a desk with a well‑dressed attendant—simple, elegant, Even though hotel is pet friendly it was very clean & fresh smelling. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the shower was amazing. Breakfast offered a great variety, including fresh fruit (blueberries and cantaloupe), breads, meats, cheeses, and delicious fresh juices. The location is excellent—within walking distance of some fabulous restaurants. I wish there were more hotels like this. We will definitely be returning to it. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant."
