1ST FLOOR: Spacious living room with two 3-seater reclining sofas, a 65-inch TV (with Netflix and Disney Plus subscriptions), a spacious bar, dining area seating 8, 3 ceiling fans, and 2 portable fans; a modern, fully equipped kitchen; a guest bathroom; a large terrace with a dining area and a rustic living space, featuring an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal and natural gas BBQ area, a barrel grill, an oven, and gas stoves for rodizio and shawarma.
2ND FLOOR. Three bedrooms, each with a double bed, ceiling fans, and three bathrooms. The master bedroom features a terrace, a hammock, a 65-inch TV, a super king-size bed (2 x 2 metres), and air conditioning.
3RD FLOOR. Two bedrooms with double beds, one with a hammock and air conditioning, the other with a fan. Shared bathroom. Spacious terrace with a spa pool for 5 people, fully equipped gym with a treadmill, elliptical/stepper, recumbent bike, vibration machine, weight bench, pulley system, and hanging mats.
4TH FLOOR. A SUPER TERRACE made of teak wood with an ocean view, featuring a large spa pool for 7 people, 4 single sun loungers, and two special double beds for sleeping under the stars while enjoying the pleasant sea breeze, an outdoor lounge area, two hammocks, a dining area for 6 people, and a large pergola covering part of the terrace for shade.
Castillogrande is the best and most prestigious residential area in Cartagena de Indias—very safe, with enchanting beaches, a pedestrian promenade, and a bike path running along the Caribbean Sea and the inner bay of Cartagena de Indias, very close to world-class hospitals, restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping centers, and cinemas, and just a 10-minute drive or bike ride (30 minutes on foot) from the city’s Historic Centre, an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
