I remember reading a review that popped up on this property just before our trip that talked about rust and some other complaints. This apartment cannot get any closer to the ocean with 2 balcony's and many large windows providing breathtaking views of the city and the ocean. You'll want to leave windows and balcony doors open. If you have any experience living near water like we do from Long Island, NY, USA you know rust is a battle you can fight but cannot win. It seems they have taken proper measures like fresh paint and new or painted fixtures. The kitchen was nicely equiped and we enjoyed several meals there. The building itself has 24/7 security that enforces bracelet and dress code. It's important, trust me. There's a little shower outside to rinse when returning from the beach. The place was clean with nice t.vs, decor and bathrooms for every room. If I have the chance to book here again I would.
