Disfruta de una espectacular vista panorámica al mar Caribe, el apartamento está ubicado en un piso 21 en el barrio bocagrande uno de los barrios más turísticos de la ciudad, a pocos metros del centro histórico, centros comerciales, supermercados, restaurantes, bares, entre muchas cosas más. Es un apartamento amplio con todas las comodidades para que pases una estadía muy amena. Además el edificio cuenta con piscina, gimnasio, baño turco, wifi y acceso directo a la playa.

Es muy importante tener en cuenta los requisitos al momento del registro en el edificio Palmetto en la ciudad de Cartagena para dar cumplimiento con las entidades de control del país que rigen los establecimientos turísticos en Colombia. 1. Si eres extranjero debes mostrar al momento del registro el pasaporte vigente y sello de migracion colombia 2. Si eres extranjero de nacionalidad venezolana debes presentar tu pasaporte vigente o tu permiso de permanencia. 3. Si eres colombiano debes presentar tu cédula de ciudadanía y los menores de edad deben presentar tarjeta de identidad o registro civil. 4. Los menores de edad deben registrarse con sus padres al momento del check in, en caso contrario el adulto encargado del menor deberá traer un permiso autenticado por los padres del menor autorizando a la persona que lo acompaña a registrarse en el edificio palmetto. 5. En el edificio palmetto se cobra al momento del registro unas manillas las cuales le darán acceso a todas las áreas comunes del edificio y deberán ser portadas durante toda la estadía, éstas manillas tienen un costo de $65.000 COP - $15 USD por apartamento, esto es como medida de control para el ingreso de los huéspedes. 6. Los visitantes pueden ingresar al apartamento en el horario de 8 am a 9 pm, se aceptan hasta 3 visitantes al tiempo por apartamento. las visita no tienen permitido hacer uso de las areas comunes.

Just ok

The apartment was ok. Mostly clean, some cupboard doors had drip stains that could have been cleaned. The air conditioning is great, same with the hot water. The location is fantastic, lots of places nearby to eat and the beach across the street. The pool was very warm and the security in the building is great. I will say that it is missing a lot of the essentials. You only get one thin blanket and one towel per person. There is no laundry soap, which would help as I will not buy an entire jug of laundry soap to just leave. Same with cooking oil and salt and pepper. These things are usually supplied in other places we have rented. Carlos is very nice although he takes a very long time to respond.
