I really liked how all the staff and service were very welcoming and attentive to do their best to get the best experience. They were always willing to make this work even there was any issue, they were very accommodating. The food, the spaces, and service was amazing and really enjoy the options they had throughout the hotel.

El hotel y sus instalaciones junto con el servicio del personal son excelentes. La comida es muy buena. Es un hotel tranquilo, muy cómodo y la atención de sus empleados en todos los lugares, desde la recepción, el restaurante, el bar y la piscina es de primera. Lo único que no me gustó es que no tiene acceso directo a la playa. Por lo cual los alrededores se llenan de carros y personas que no son del hotel y que llegan a pasar el día, haciendo muchas veces ruido e irrumpiendo con la tranquilidad del lugar. Pero por lo demás volvería

Hotel is nice but needs a lot of up-keeping, specially in the rooms. We first stayed in room 1043, had mold issues which prevented us from sleeping and the shower doesn't drain properly. They switched us to 3039, the mold wasn’t noticeable but again the shower didn't drain well, the safe-box and room phone didn’t work either, and the room wasn’t cleaned after our use. I’ll also recommend additional training to the staff members in general, with the exception of the receptionists who were great, to be more polite and welcoming, mainly the restaurant and bar areas. I learned the maintenance and servicing of the hotel is provided by an outsourced company, but they definitely need a lot of training on all aspects, they should consider emulating the service normally provided in many of the Dominican Republic or Mexican resorts. I can’t speak much about their food because we only had breakfast 3 times, dinner once and 1 appetizer at the bar, but the few times we ate our expectations weren’t meet considering the prior high reviews. In general an average hotel because they did assist immediately when I first reached out with the mold issue, but they might want to improve in every other aspect to reach elite status considering their distance from the city center, their price in comparison to closer hotels and for those travelers from places like the USA and Europe who expect more for their money and traveling time.

The hotel is beautiful but it is not suitable if you are looking for a quiet relaxed spot far from the noise and party mood of Cartagena. The beach is about one minute away from the hotel, but being a public beach, everyone seemed to bring their own speakers to play their own music at full blast. The staff at the hotel were very kind and wanted to offer excellent service but they are not well trained so they mixed drinks following the drinks menu they show to guests without much clue of what they're preparing. They were also unable to control unruly guests who abused their stay, and were left to deal on their own with till, bar, snack orders and so on when evidently more staff was needed. If the hotel improves the training and capacity for their staff, the place could be wonderful but at the moment, there is also a construction site right behind and the hotel's private road is in a very poor condition. Don't book this hotel as an all inclusive as there are only two restaurants. Get the cheaper fare with breakfast included and take Uber or taxis for about £3 to the nearest commercial area which has good restaurants and will cost you less than the all inclusive. There is a shuttle to the centre twice a day and it is very convenient and fairly on time.

First check in to the hotel I appreciate the welcome drink however there was no tour of the property just a brochure in Spanish and a bag escort to the room. The bed sheet had spot on the front and the sofa is filthy the room has no wash rags or iron which I had to request Dinner the first night was ok - buffet for the duration of the stay it was only buffet open they stated there was 4 restaurants included for the all inclusive however all we got was a buffet activities were at the pool and we had no clue drinks was included in my all inclusive package on a particular day I ordered mimosas and they were stunned umm just to let you know you have to pay for it which was not a problem but the reaction on my boyfriend birthday which made his birthday breakfast very upsetting for the duration we ate at the fish house or at cande in the city.

It’s an okay hotel. It’s not your typical mega all-inclusive reports with many options for dining and activities. Only 2 restaurants and the offerings are basic. If I had to redo this trip, I would stay in the Walled City or Bocagrande since this property is a bit of a drive away and the food options are so limited. The crowd here is also older and there’s almost nothing to do after 10 pm.

Check in was the longest check in process I've ever experienced, the key cards stopped working in less than 24 hours for all guests and we had to reset it at reception every few hours. Reception was extremely rude to our last guest who checked in later

We chose this property for the partial all inclusive option because we had never vacationed without AI. Very disappointed with the food options because there were next to none on the buffet. The breakfast was the same everyday just about. They did have a la carte menus and that food was actually good..at the bar especially. We ordered the Mini burgers, the pizza and the chicken on a stick several times. The partial all inclusive does not include alcoholic beverages. Thankfully the drinks are cheap (30,000 pesos) so our hotel bill was only $190 USD for the extra food and drinks that we bought during our 5 night stay. There is a beach, but it is not directly in front of the hotel. It is maybe 2 minute walk. I wouldn't waste my money on upgrading to the level because that part of the resort is not beachfront. There are no hotel chairs on the beach. There are vendor tents set up where you have to pay for chairs. The sand is dark so the water doesn't look very clear, but it was very clean. No seaweed. The pool needs some major renovation they have broken slats all around it. No one really comes to take your drink order unless you're native. There's almost no life to this resort. Entertainment was a band, no shows. If you don't speak Spanish you will be overlooked and ignored most of the time. Because the resort is about 25 minutes away from town Uber will cost about 45mil pesos ($9 USD) each way. Biggest complaint no hot water most of our stay! Why?!?!

Very Nice All Inclusive Resort
Nice Resort with delicious food, great drinks, and relaxing facilities, steps from the beach. Even a shuttle bus to Old Town Cartagena, half hour ride.

First and foremost i would like to say the staff was excellent.... but the facility isnt that great , its a little out dated. They don't believe in face towels, i had to request for them everyday and on the last day i never received them.. There is absolutely NO ocean view. And make sure you select the correct option for ALL INCLUSIVE because its not an ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL.. but again the staff was amazing. If i visited Colombia again i would not stay here..

Beautiful property, very clean, however my fiancé was given a hard time regarding her passport not having a stamp which I was never given an explanation about and my room was not ready for entry for two hours when I arrived after check in time. However, when I got in the room everything was fine.
