PROS: Service! outstanding service. The facilities are pretty. CONS: Everything else. If you are an experienced traveler, stay away. Although the place is pretty, and brand new, it lacks the most basic details. Rooms are far from being sound proof, and the hotel is located on a busy street. Expect a LOT of noise both from outside, and inside. My room is furthest from the elevator, and I can hear every time it stops in this floor. You can hear the next room, and the one above and below.
There are no toiletries, no hand soap.
The kitchen althoug well equipped, lacks basics like a trash can, or a dish sponge.
The washroom sink has a whole in the middle, so watch your jewelry. Towels are rogh, and thin.
The room, I dont know who design this, but if you want to turn off the light, you have to get up and walk across. There are no reading lights either. And the bed side tables are so far from the bed that again, if you want to put your personal items, you have to get out of bed.
There is a sofa bed, but no linens to use it.
There is a dirty pond behind the building which if you get a room on the back, is what you will see.
Construction is still going so its dusty and again, loud.
There are no restaurants in the property and nowhere near to eat. Only a small coffee shop who served me spoiled milk with my cappuccino.
Overall, its pretty, but its definitely not a place for experienced travelers. They miss the most basic essential travel needs. Its not worth the price
