The only suggestion is on the desk leave a pamphlet outlining how to get to (what is near/things to do) shopping centre, chemist, arcade, food area etc. also, a small sticker stating how to connect to the internet on desk or on the menu sheet."

Anyway, the property and staff was excellent and I had no complaints. Bedroom/ bathroom was fine and comfortable. The tram runs all night on weekends and that was helpful. Location is good and easily accessible. "
