The front desk was rude, there was a cigarette burn in the sheets and on the bed, bugs were literally everywhere, we got a smoking room when we booked a non smoking, I didn’t feel safe once, the lamp had random red stuff on it?? And there was old gum stuck on the wall"

"The room smelled like smoke and there was a burn mark in the bedspread. The room was not clean and had leftover fries on the floor by the bed and in the bathroom. The hairdryer did not work. We only stayed here because it was next to the high school where there was an event. I would not stay here again."

"We booked online as soon as Delta informed us our six-hour delayed flight would not arrive at DFW until after 2AM. Since we live 2.5 hours away from DFW we wanted to ensure we had a place to stay. No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away"

"the tv didn't work. they moved us to a room that smelled like smoke, then another where there was a bug on the bed and roach on the floor. Also was harrassed by a male outside in the parking lot. Unsafe part of town. DO NOT STAY!!!!!!"

"Almost everything was good except for the breakfast it supposed will be continental but, it was only some cereal and some bread,the coffee was cold It had nothing to do with a continental breakfast; it was a total scam just to get people to come in. Otherwise, the price and service are fine. It has a pool, though I didn't use it. I give it a 7 out of 10. 👍"

"The bldg literally has huge cockroaches crawling all around. The pull was not set up this summer which after being parked for 30min to find other arrangements found out why...apparently the clean their mattresses in it...or let them sit in for high heat to kill bed bug...so gross"
