Such a nice, quiet, and relaxing place to stay. Only a few minutes ride to visit family. Lots of amenities, very clean, and hosts were easy to contact. Could not have asked for a more comfortable experience!
We booked this location for the proximity to all the amazing outdoor adventures in this area. It served as the perfect HQ for this and was otherwise clean and well appointed. I would definitely book this property again!
We had a great stay here! It was so convenient and perfect for our family visiting the Garden of the Gods. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils, dishes, coffee, pans, etc. My kids loved the big bunk bed! The beds were all very comfortable. We made great memories here! Thank you!
The online process to check in was great, the communication with the site manager is awesome, he gets back to you at a reasonable time. The location is convenient.
We enjoyed our stay at your trailer, the location was good for us, the place was clean and spacious, we would definitely book there again.
I would like to see a larger television in the living room.
We loved how close we were to all our hikes! The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of ac and fans to keep us cool in this 90degree heat. The carport was nice to beat the heat. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. There was great water pressure in the shower.
The place is clean and well furnished. The property owner was fantastic to communicate with. The location is conveniently located and was quiet during our stay. There are an abundance of lady bugs in this area, we visited several places with lady bugs. Water pressure is great. For a small mobile home it has sufficient air conditioning.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Property itself was not in bad shape. The kitchen , bathroom, and bedrooms were clean with all necessary equipment. Although the smell of the old house was strong and the neighborhood was not the best. But the property is surrounded by a patch of nature and relatively close to the national parks that we came to explore.
We loved staying here because the place was clean and beds were comfortable. We didnt stay a lot of hours because we were at a wedding and visiting friends, but everything was ship-shape. Compared to most rentals like this, there was more "back-up" : coffee, condiments, kitchen stuff, toiletries. (Luckily as hubby forgot his toothbrush!) Quick response to question also.

Adventure Was Had!
The booking and check-in process was perfect, it was all logical and seamless. The property was in good order and everything that was promised was there. We ordered a pizza from Casey's online and that worked well. The fire pit was fantastic. The heater worked very well, but did make a loud noise when it kicked on that woke us all up. There was snow on the ground so that was better than freezing to death!
The water that came out of the tap smelled like rotten eggs, but that smell went away a bit after we flushed out the system with use. We flushed out the bathtub with hot water and the cleaning supplies on-site, and black grit came out of the joints between the tub and the tub surround. There was a fragrance pod in the living room that gave us a headache, so we bagged that. The town was tiny and had a strange feel to it. The people all seemed to be distant and unfriendly, maybe because it was obvious that we were outsiders in our Honda Mini-Van and new hiking clothes. The day trips to Garden of the Gods and Giant City were fantastic, such a beautiful area!
Stayed here for two nights and it’s stocked very well and kept pretty clean! The mattresses are kinda thin but overall, the stay was great!! The hosts were extremely nice and thoughtful!
The property was very and peaceful. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Our host had put a porch light on for us and a lamp inside so we would"nt have to be in the dsrk. The air was also turned on so the home would be cool for us. There is a washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. We were very pleased with our stay. I would definately stay again if i was in Carrier Mills.
