"Property was very clean and well cared for. Ocean front room had terrific view and lovely breezes, with a deep deck for protection from occasional showers. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good restaurant, with a daily set breakfast which was cooked individually (no steam table).
Bicycles and kayaks were handy to have, but definitely need better maintenance. Pool was clean and well maintained.
Would absolutely stay there again. "

"After an initial mix-up of the rooms we were given a really nice 2 bed apartment overlooking the sea with a private hot tub.
The hotel itself is really nice, very spacious. We had a 2 bed apartment which was massive and had a really good kitchen. The on-site restaurants are good but expensive ($30 USD for a small pizza), but kids' meals are reasonable.
The biggest issue (not fault of the hotel) is that there is big sargassum issue from March to June which means you cannot enter the sea from the beach - this was a major disappointment as no picture shows this and there is a strong smell over the entire area.
The hot tub is nice but the design meant that water could fall down (onto people walking below). The pools are small but fine.
Taxis to the village are very expensive at $25 USD for 2 km but there are free bikes to use on site.
The dock is great. Overall, I would recommend outside of the Sargassum season.

"Very clean, private, and cozy! A short walk to lots of restaurants, and ten seconds to the water. There are beach chairs with an ocean view and deck was great in the evenings (very comfy hammock!). "

"I absolutely loved this property! A cute little cabana directly on the beach. It was amazing. Peaceful, beautiful beachfront with friendly people. Great location. Restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!"
