"Sadly, we learned on this trip that the hotel is closing down soon. It is an historic location in a convenient little town. The staff was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Delightful stay. Wonderful staff. Beautiful hotel. Only (very minor) thing was my room (Wedgewood) didn't have any sockets by bed and only one other spare socket to use, which makes it hard when multiple things needing to charge"

"The host/staff was very kind and helpful. The guest house was ideally located within walking distance from town centre and railway station. All in all, we were very happy to stay here for our short break. Will surely recommend."

"Location was good, just a few minute drive to the Titanic Museum which was our main stop. Easy walk for some snacks to a Tesco Express. Comfortable beds, great price!"

"We stayed at this hotel on our way from Dublin to the Giants Causeway area. It is very convenient and clean. Because we were tired, we ate in the hotel bar for dinner. The menu was large and the food was very good. Breakfast was a full Irish breakfast! I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a lovely hotel with large spacious rooms. They are quite dark and could do with better lighting. Staff are friendly and helpful. I reduced my star rating due to the bombardment of emails and messages received from this hotel before arrival. We were staying for one night and leaving at 4.40am for the airport. On the first email asking for more details from me and then trying to upsell their services, I did reply to say the circumstances of our stay meant we would not require anything extra including breakfast. The computer then generated another email every day for 18 days asking the exact same thing. Did not make me feel a valued customer, more like a target for sales. I would not return for this reason only."
"Honestly an amazing hotel!! Stayed in the loft room and it was amazing having a small kitchen and a table to hang out at. SOO many amenities in the room we had everything we needed!! Bar and restaurant were beautiful. The space was very eco friendly as well and the included breakfast was delicious!"
"Really fantastic hotel, well sited in Belfast for shops, titanic and all the other things you’ll want to do in this great city. Staff are also amazing, helpful and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip."
"Location is central and very close to main rail/bus station but it was in a somewhat hidden alley. Checkin staff was great and let us checkin early as a Marriott Bonvoy member. Breakfast spread was very satisfying."
"Lovely hotel, Titanic and city centre within walking distance. Buffet breakfast excellent. Was there for my mum's 80th birthday and they upgraded her to a suite which was lively. All in, cannot fault the hotel."
"Positives:
-- Nice hotel proximal to the train station, multiple shops, and the main city of Belfast
-- Very attentive and helpful people at the front desk
-- A reasonably spacious and clean room with a very nice bed and great shower
Negatives (minor):
-- Internet is not very strong (at least in our room)
-- Could not figure out the coffee machine
-- Electric sockets not ideal"
