This holiday home sits in the most commanding position in the popular Carrickalinga's North Bay.

Enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf at your front door. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to view the forever changing ocean within all the seasons of the year, the summer sun or the winter waves. The home offers all you need for the perfect holiday with your family and friends, you can even bring your pooch along!

There is accommodation for 12 people over three levels.

Upstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms, two on the main level with queen beds and shared ensuite. There is also a bedroom with queen bed and a further bedroom with 2 singles on the mezzanine level which also has a lounge area with a sofa bed.

Lovely open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge area has a smart TV, with foxtel and a sound bar. Cosy combustion heater for the winter, large dining area to fit everyone for the family dinners and a modern Farquhar kitchen with two ovens, induction cooktop, breakfast bar, stools, dishwasher and a well stocked kitchen. There is WIFI for you to use during your stay.

There is a laundry, separate toilet and further bathroom on this level along with a lovely sunroom with a lounge and table setting which can double as another dining area.

Enjoy the most breathtaking views from the balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.

BBQ in the courtyard area.

Downstairs is a self contained unit with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a single and the second bedroom has a queen bed.

There is a kitchenette with a separate dining room. The lounge has TV again with Foxtel

Bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and laundry. A second BBQ outdoor setting for 6 people.

This is a fully self contained holiday rental property. Quilts, pillows and covers are provided. You need to provide your own linen and towels .If you wish to hire linen please call our office. Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly prior to making payment.

Family getaway

Beautiful property, spacious home with everything we needed. Amazing beachfront views, dolphins and kangaroos at the front door. Sunsets were superb.Only a few hours from home so our children could come and go as it suited them.Thank you

Perfect getaway

Perfect location and perfect house to host 12 people including toddlers. We had an amazing mini-holiday here and loved being so close to the beach - the view is spectacular. Hands down the best spot in Carrickalinga!! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

7oth celebration

This property was exactly as shown online. Very spacious and located on absolute beachfront with uninterupted views which were spectacular. The open plan kitchen dining and living area was perfect for our celebration. The wood burning fire was a great feature adding a warm ambience to our stay. We would all highly recommend this stay and we will undoubtedly be back.

Views, Views and Room a plenty

This property has it all. Not only does it have the best views in Carrickalinga, but there is so much room. We were a family group of 12 varying ages from 3 years old to lets say over 60. There was enough space for all, places for the kids to relax and balconies for the adults to relax and take in the stunning views. Beds were comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Stunning!

Everything we needed for a women’s retreat- space, sea, sun, serenity. The house was luxurious. Built, decorated and landscaped to a excellent standard. It looks amazing online but it’s way better in the physical. So many different spaces - decks and lounges, rooms and outdoor areas, a fish pond, a garden... plus all the kitchen facilities you’d need and more. So good.

This property has wonderful views right on the ocean, great for a relaxing stay. Beautiful home offering everything you need. Great to have the wood fire at night. We couldn't recommend this property highly enough.

Stunning Property

I booked this home to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday with family from interstate. Although the weather was a little unkind, the home was perfect with its beautifully appointed kitchen and bedrooms and lounge with stunning views over the beach and sea.Could not imagine a more perfect spot. Everything was wonderful!

What a fantastic place

104 Gold Coast Drive is an ideal place to stay with an inter-generational family group of teens and olds.Beautifully clean and sparkling; easy access on the ground floor for older folks with entry from the garage; brilliantly equipped kitchen (including pod coffee machine and other electrical gadgets) - excellent ovens, microwave and fridge/freezer space; wonderful wood fire in the winter and lots of wood supplied; a perfect living space and plenty of other spaces for teens to escape to; the enclosed patio area complete with gold fish was a lovely addition; spacious windows over looking the sea, and electric shutters to keep out the evening cold; large TV with Foxtel which suited the sport lovers. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Dream holiday

My husband and I were the youngest among our group. We were supposed to be 11 but one of the ladies had a stroke so she wasn’t able to come. The eldest member of the group is 92, luckily he can still go up and down the steps. We opted to stay up as most of them had knee surgery , one of them is legally blind, having said that , we still enjoyed the stay in your beautiful house,in fact they are already planning to stay there next year.

Time Out

Celebrating family member’s, was a great winter get away. Loved how much thought has gone into ensuring catering needs met, I packed allot of stuff which wasn’t required as supplied. Only suggestion, a fire guard would be good for those who wish to use it. We had a 2 year old with us so we lit the fire at night only when he had gone to bed, would have liked to have option to light during the day but we agreed too risky.
