Very attentive staff. Allowed for an early check in. Nice option to arrange transportation from the airport. Hotel a bit tired looking and the fire alarm going off was not conducive to a restful stay.

Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel
I upgraded to a higher quality room which was very spacious and comfortable. Room had a very nice view (although windows are dirty + don't open). Temp control was easy to manage. Amenities were well-stocked. Breakfast bar each morning was very extensive and has something for everyone.
