Lovely property in the heart of Carrara

Modern condo located between the mountains and sea. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and well stocked markets if you wish to do your own cooking.

Super beautiful modern stylish appartment

The appartement was absolutely beautiful, stylish, comfortable, equipped with everything you might need, and spotless clean. We seldom have had such a wonderful holiday place. Ricardo was super nice and helpful; he even picked us up at the station as no taxi was available. We absolutely recommend the place. Thanks very much, Ricardo!

Fijne locatie in mooi fietsgebied

Elegant ingericht huis met accenten van het marmer waar Carrera beroemd om is. Schoon, AC, goed uitgeruste keuken, drie slaapkamers met goede bedden, 2x dubbelbed en 1x enkelbed, twee badkamers. De verhuurder en zijn team zijn erg ter wille om te zorgen dat je een goed verblijf hebt dmv assistentie en tips. WiFi prima. Trap naar boven deels met leuning kan veiliger (zomer 2023). Fietsen kunnen binnen de poort gestald, auto geparkeerd op eigen terrein. Fijn verblijf gehad. Aanrader o.a. voor wie van fietsen en zwemmen houdt. Aan zee zie je vooral volwassenen en de wat grotere kinderen, vnl. Italianen houden hier vakantie. Leuk om deze in Nederland minder bekende reisbestemming te ontdekken, er is genoeg te zien.

Propriété parfaite pour 4 ou 5 personnes. Tout y est, il ne manque de rien. Très beau et très propre. Super bien situé, près de la plage, 10 minutes à pieds. Épicerie et plusieurs restaurants près. Les propriétaires sont super proactifs, nous accomode, nous donne des conseils, des recommandations. Ils ont toujours répondus à nos questions sur les endroits à visiter et nous ont conseillers les meilleurs endroits à visiter. À revenir sans faute.

Se ci fossero 6 stelle le daremmo tutte

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia, mia moglie, mia figlia e mio nipote di neanche due anni, per una settimana. La casa è semplicemente stupenda, moderna, arredata con cura nei dettagli, spaziosa, con una veranda esterna che abbiamo sfruttato per mangiare fuori la sera, insomma molto carina. Unico nostro dubbio iniziale era la scala al suo interno per via di mio nipote, avevamo letto che non c’era la ringhiera ma è stato sufficiente organizzarsi con un cancelletto che abbiamo acquistato online prima della partenza. Alla fine non è servito vi dirò, è andato tutto bene, erano presente servizi da non dare per scontati, come biciclette, aria condizionata su entrambi i piani, microonde, tostapane e macchina del caffè. I proprietari ci hanno contattato durante il soggiorno per accertarsi che tutto andasse bene, insomma ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di poter ripetere in futuro, 😉

La Dolce vita

Une magnifique location, tout est neuf et meublé avec goût. Climatisation à chaque étage, literie excellente. Propriétaire très sympathique, disponible et réactif. Les vélos à disposition permettent d’avoir accès à la plage et au centre très rapidement et sans prise de tête pour se parquer, un vrai plus. Villas sécurisée et parking privatif, fermé par barrière. Nous avons adoré cette location que nous pouvons que recommander!

Appartamento bello, nuovo, pulito con qualche pecca

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento una settimana con i miei genitori. La casa è davvero bella, molto pulita e con mobili nuovi; ci ha accolto la signora Luisa, gentilissima e disponibilissima, mentre il proprietario Riccardo ci ha dato indicazioni durante il viaggio di arrivo. La zona è un pò decentrata rispetto al mare, circa venti minuti a piedi e da piazza Menconi, circa quindicina di minuti, noi infatti prendevamo la macchina. Complice sicuramente il caldo anomalo abbiamo sofferto nella casa dove batte il sole dalla tarda mattinata fino a sera; la parte inferiore si rinfresca con il condizionatore, ma la parte superiore, mansardata non riesce a essere rinfrescata dal condizionare pur presente sia per le piccole finestre, sia per il bagno dotato di un lucernaio che lo rende caldissimo; il bagno inferiore invece, spazioso e più fresco ha avuto il problema che non arrivava acqua fredda nella doccia... la signora Luisa e il signor Riccardo sono prontamente intervenuti ma era necessario un idraulico e noi non avevamo voglia di stare ai tempi e agli orari di un intervento, quindi abbiamo preferito rimanere così. Molto bella la veranda dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato, purtroppo infastiditi dalle zanzare contro cui citronella e zampironi poco hanno fatto, peraltro non essendoci retine alle finestre entravano anche in casa ogni volta che si apriva la finestra per fa entrare un pò d'aria. Nel complesso, ripeto, la casa è molto bella ma noi l'abbiamo travata poco confortevole, è presente anche una scala che porta alle camere da letto, che, a mio avviso, la rende poco adatta a bambini e anziani. I posti ovviamente incantevoli, sia Marina con la bellissima passeggiata Sandro Pertini, sia i dintorni, una zona assolutamente da visitare.
