Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 62 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view for rent in Carqueiranne, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchair, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Shower room and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Appartement très agréable, lumineux avec grande cuisine vue sur la mer très appréciée. Résidence calme avec garage, clim dans le salon et les deux chambres,wifi. Déco très à la mode car appart refait depuis peu je pense. RAS
