We had different family members stay each night for the Avocado Festival weekend and this house worked perfectly. The beds were unusual, the people on the inside had some difficulty getting in and out but the beds were super comfy. We loved the outside spaces but the flies and smells from the adorable sheep, goats, pigs and chickens next door occasionally was unpleasant. The orchards and mountains, with some beautiful views all the way to the ocean were spectacular. The address is somewhat hard to find, directions should say to follow "Welty's" road but it's worth it once everyone is there safe! Everyone enjoyed the Jacuzzi at different times, the kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms had all we needed. It would have been nice to have the ice maker working and there was no hot water in the kitchen sink but we made it work. All in all, we loved it! Thanks, Paul!
