"Five high school friends celebrating friendship in Myrtle Beach. Ages 70+. Condo was perfect for the five of us. Communication with Scott was terrific. Immediate response to my many questions was a plus! Great view, comfy beds, well stocked with kitchen supplies and right on the beach. Oh and parking right by the door! We couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend this condo."

"We loved how easy it was to see and get to the beach. It was cool while we were there so the hot tubs were a hit also. We were in town for a college softball tournament and this place was perfect for the week. There were only 2 of us, but there was definitely room for more."

I called the contact number regarding the need for an additional parking pass due to unforeseen injury resulting in an additional vehicle being used to transport my guest. The "free" lots were quite a distance from the resort. This all caused stressed. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, a rug in the LR was torn at the edge which could cause a fall. The stench from the work on the elevators was very very irritating. ...

Hardware in bathrooms were dirty and gross looking and the master bathtub jacuzzi needs to go. It is so high to get in/out of to get a shower, it’s dangerous. "Unfortunately, we came during motorcycle week and were unaware events were going on. So all you heard was motors running all damn day long, driving up and down the streets. The room was updated and recently renovated so that was a nice thing to see. We only stayed for one night. But it would have been nice to stay on a higher level. Also, upon booking the room through Expedia, the room description originally stated we get an Ocean view. We ended up on the first floor looking out to the parking lot. Also, I didn't like the fact that the cleaners were just sitting outside of the rooms. I guess it was the end of their shift. I did not appreciate that at all. They need to wait somewhere else. Guests are trying to check into their rooms and move their things, they don't need a crowd of people just standing outside their door. I would stay here again, but on a higher floor level with an ocean view. But it wasn't worth $200 a night for what we got. "
