You’ll love sipping coffee and watching the sunrise from your master balcony deck and sunsets with a glass of wine from this beautiful, and much sought after 3rd floor ocean view condo with a private pool.

This recently renovated condo and includes all linens and towels, new flat screen Smart TVs, cable, and private Wi-Fi.

Enjoy the master bedroom’s fresh ocean breezes and balcony or surf your favorite shows on the Smart TV while relaxing in bed. You will sleep peacefully on the queen-sized memory foam mattress behind blackout curtains as you listen to the sounds of the ocean. Housed in a separate closet, the washer and dryer make it easy to enjoy longer stays.

The kitchen is fully furnished and contains everything you need, including a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods for your enjoyment. After dinner, relax and watch the sunset from the front deck overlooking the pool and beautiful Carolina Beach.

There are some toys and chairs available for your trip to the beach or pool.

The sofa in the living room converts to a queen-size bed. A high chair and Pack ‘n Play will make life easy for parents too.

Our quiet building has its own private pool, including lounge chairs and a shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Private parking is located under the building and in the surface parking lots on either side of the building.

Multiple beach accesses are available to the north and south. Try your luck fishing from the pier, a 3-minute walk away, or stroll the boardwalk 1 mile south of the condo. There is a coffee shop and grocery store just a few minutes away.

This is a fantastic place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. We think you will love it as much as we do!

There are only two half baths. The bathroom with shower has no sink. Kitchen faucet is messed up. Microwave on top of fridge is hard to reach unless you are very tall. Bed is very noisy topped with a stained blanket. The air won’t go below 70° which is uncomfortable for hot sleepers.

The location and size were perfect for our family! You can see the sunrise over the ocean from one porch and the sunset on the bay from the other. The beach is right across the street and the pool is well maintained. We can’t wait to come back!

The owner was super helpful for a few issues that came up during our stay. The condo was an economical choice for our family. I love having a washing machine while away and the other amenities like a dishwasher were nice to have. If you aren't in great shape the climb to the top floor will leave you winded. Turns out I'm not in that great of shape.

A Quick Night at Carolina Beach
It suited us perfectly. I dinged on "Accuracy of Listing" because it was better than the photos indicated! Convenient to Beach Access, quiet neighbors, and great little nighttime bar on the old pier...just steps away.
