Bring your 4x4 and enjoy driving on the beach where you can truly get away from the crowds. "T.J. House" was featured in a TV special about Seal Team Six and it boasts some of the most spectacular sunrise views anywhere. You'll enjoy three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a private walkway to the beach. There is also a small screened-in porch and an outdoor shower on the ocean front deck.

There is a Queen bedroom, another with a Full bed and the third bedroom features a pyramid bunk with a Twin over a Full bed. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room, for sleeping accommodations for up to 9. There is plenty of parking for 3 cars. Note that the washer/dryer is located in the basement which cannot be accessed from inside the home.

Bring your rods and head just a short walk to the North End pier or toss a line from the surf and test your luck. Whatever you decide to do, "T.J. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
