    Welcome to your home away from home, The Salty Shamrock at Carolina Beach! The Salty Shamrock is a fully updated, modern, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. Enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and the deck! The spacious deck is perfect for relaxation and hanging out while watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean. The condo has all your beach needs ready including chairs, a beach wagon and a cooler. The walk to the Periwinkle Public Beach Access is super convenient and located less than a block away. There is also a seasonal pool for you to enjoy on the property. Carolina Beach has fun and activities for all ages any time of the year! A quick mile and a half away is the famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk that includes the boardwalk amusement park which runs all summer, live music and seafood festivals throughout the year, many restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, the marina, and many shops and boutiques for shopping! A short drive away is Fort Fisher where you can fish at Freeman Park or off the Pier, Carolina Lake Beach Park for fun seasonal activities and events, and the NC Aquarium. Community pool available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA).

Overall, the property was decent. It was reasonably maintained and everything was in working order. We stayed a week. I had a few minor property issues, which the property managers responded to promptly. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You will have to make your own bed when you arrive. There are lots of beach amenities in the interior closet.

Probably the best vacation rental I have stayed in so far. Exactly as the pictures described. Most everything you might need was provided (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, kitchen supplies, many extra blankets and comforters, lots of beach items such as beach chairs, beach mats, boogie boards, sand toys, also books and card and board games. Rental has a washer/dryer, broom, vacuum, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, coffee maker. Smart Tv’s in both bedrooms and living room. Check in and check out was easy just picking up and dropping off of keys. Everything was clean! Our internet stopped working on Wednesday afternoon so later that evening I messed around troubleshooting with no luck. I sent an email sometime after midnight and had a response and someone at my door by 8am. No fault of theirs though. We needed a new modem from Spectrum. The pool was great- perfect size for the number of guests. Where we stayed was quiet with no issues and less than a block from beach access. Only one row back from beachfront and able to see the ocean from our third floor balcony facing the pool and the ocean. No fighting over parking. Each unit has a covered an assigned space for two vehicles. My only wish would be the ability to pay for an extra hour or two instead of checking out at 10am because I am not a morning person and would love to have one last trip to the beach or swim in the pool. I would definitely stay at this property again!!!
