I really appreciated the hospitality of the property owner. My husband & I traveled to Carolina Beach for a wedding. We did not need an ocean front room. The room at this VRBO was very clean and well kept. I appreciated the extras he had in the room like the coffee bar, mini fridge and water. The room was very clean and comfortable. When we travel back to Carolina Beach we will be staying here!

Close to the beach and boardwalk. Our grandson got. Married on the beach and the locstion was perfect! Price was very reasonable, especially as it was close to the beach. Owner was great. Wouldcertainly do again.

First experience renting a private room. We were in town attending a wedding. Easy access in and out. Property owners were very welcoming. We walked to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended! 👌

Andy and his wife made our stay one of the best we ever had. My wife and I were on our 13th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. We stayed 2 nights and everything was wonderful. Extremely clean and location is perfect. Grocery stores , gas stations and restaurants are within 5 minute drive. The beach and Boardwalk are just 5 minutes away as well very convenient. We will stay again next time we plan a trip to Carolina Beach.

Fun Stay
The room was essentially a bedroom with attached full bathroom. It was clean and served our purposes. It is only one mile to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Nice and peaceful neighborhood. The owner/manager was wonderful. He contacted us after we left a phone charger plugged into the wall and offered to mail it to us. Luckily, we were still in town.

Perfect location with the most welcoming hosts.
We loved our stay. The check in process was super easy and communication with the hosts was seamless. We got to meet them in passing on the first night and they gave us some tips about where to visit during our stay. We'd definitely visit again!

The property is very well maintained in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to the beach with a short drive. The room was very clean and perfect for 2 adults. Great for a quick weekend getaway. Would definitely recommend.

What a VRBO should be
The property is a renovated upstairs of a beach house that resembles a nice hotel room, the property owners are very kind and have great communication and hospitality. It’s a short drive or a long walk to the beach/board walk but a pretty quiet neighborhood.

Nice, clean room and bath. Good for short stays and mini get aways. Andy was helpful and professional. He truly cares about his home and the upkeep is immaculate. Just a few suggestions would be a broom in the room to keep the sand down, a nice shelf in the bathroom for toiletries and a place to put your suitcase. The water pressure was a little lacking maybe due to the shower head. The room ran a little warm. Minimal household noise. Def an at home atmosphere. Will stay again!

We enjoyed staying at Andy's place. It took us a few days before we caught up with him but it worked out. Perfect for 2. Less than a mile walk to the beach and it is a safe walk.

A little gem
Perfect place for a couple or single travelers. Super cute and clean! It's 1 good size room with an oversized chair, comphy bed and a big bathroom. Room comes with everything you need! Tv, Roku, internet, microwave, 4 cup coffee maker and all bedding and towels. Owner is easy to reach and responds quickly. Close to beach and entertainment. We would definitely stay again!! Property is away enough to sleep away from the ruckus of a party beach side town. Beautiful decor and a very nice and informative owner and property manager! I will recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in the area. Andy will bend over backwards to ensure your needs are met! My only complaint is it could have lasted a bit longer, LOL!
