We love Sea Colony for the location on the beach, proximity to the boardwalk, and the nice pool and grass/grill area. Pounder’s Penthouse was just the right size for our family of five. It was clean, had all the things we needed, good WiFi, and instructions. Definitely would return!

Views with Convenience

The Pounders Penthouse is in an excellent location, just off the main road, but facing the other side. Top floor with views of the ocean on one side and the pool on the other. We had four adults and enjoyed the stocked kitchen to cook some meals and yet convenient to hit the local eateries or nicer restaurants just down the road in Wilmington. Jim (the host) was very responsive. We would highly recommend it and hope to visit again soon.

Great stay!

My girlfriends and I had a great stay! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The view is amazing! The host, Jim, was extremely easy to get in touch with whenever we had a question. We did enjoy looking at all of the pictures, lighthouses, and fish that decorated the place, however, I think it’s a little too overwhelming. I love a beach theme, but wow! So much to look at! I would suggest that the decor be minimized.Otherwise, overall, a great stay, and I highly recommend it!
