Oceanfront: King Bed, Private Beach, Big Pool

We have two oceanfront units at Carolina Beach:

This lovely condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and the pool. It's a spacious one-bedroom with a king bed, a top-floor unit for up to six guests. The pool is huge (closes October 1) and has a gated grass area with a bbq and private beach access. Linens are included! There is ample parking, and it's close to the restaurants and nightlife! You will love this top-floor oceanfront unit!

Interaction with guests:
Since we travel all the time, we use a fantastic management company that has been in the tourism industry for many years. They will be able to answer any questions and take care of any issues 24 hrs a day. Please enjoy this home as if it were yours.

• It's best to bring your own beach towels, toiletries and plenty of sunscreen.
• Located on the third floor - about 38 steps up. Great for some daily exercise!
• Pool open from April 15- October 1

Check-in procedures:
I will supply you with an electronic code before you arrive. This will allow you to enter the front door. An owner's storage downstairs has some of my things inside. Feel free to use that for your beach stuff.
