Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 6 people.
