Nicely furnished unit with a fantastic location. Minor fixes needed

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with easy oceanfront access. The owner responds to emails and the property was clean. It actually looks better than the pictures, which is rare. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5-star are the few maintenance needs on the property. The bathroom door leading to the hallway doesnt close very well and is difficult to lock one of the lights on the balcony has a hole in it. Fixing those issues and maybe investing in some new chairs for the balcony would do the incredible location justice!
