We rented the house for a family weekend get together. There were 6 adults, a teenager and a toddler. We felt this house was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room to be together and also nice separate spaces. All the living spaces were very clean and well-maintained. Our group especially enjoyed the screened-in porch with a TV. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to be stocked pretty well. We liked that the house is on a quiet street with almost no traffic. I'd say it's a little far from the ocean to be a comfortable walk, but it's a short easy drive. It's also easy to get to lots of restaurants and parks. It was a little difficult for the grandparents in our group to navigate all the stairs but fortunately the main level had all the main living areas and a nice bedroom and bath. Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clear, timely emails we received with info about our visit.
