This beach house, just blocks from the Marina and two blocks from the main beach access, offers a perfect vacation spot. With a huge yard and tons of parking, it's ideal for relaxation. Unwind on the back deck with a grill and rinse-off area or stroll to nearby shops and restaurants along the Boardwalk.

Cutest Cottage on the Beach- FREE WIFI and Laundry Included sleeps 5

  • Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Includes 2 queen and 1 twin beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are all bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. We provide a washer and dryer. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

    **** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a Max if 5 total.

    We also do not allow pets or smoking.

The location of the Pink house is perfect! The Boardwalk is just a block away, there is no reason to get in the car. The house was comfortable and cozy. We did take the car for a North End beach day, so relaxing!

The owners are responsive and quick to fix any issues that arise although we did not have any issues during our stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach.
