Don't you just love that new car smell? Well, how about the freshness of a new home? That's just what you'll get at "Salty Paws", just built in 2023 this townhome provides a limited ocean view from the upper deck.
There are Four Bedroom and Three-and-a-half Bathrooms to enjoy with your whole family, and that includes the dogs! You'll find two bedrooms with King beds, one with a Queen, and the final has a Full Bed along with a Twin sized sleeper. The bathroom are very nicely appointed with lots of tile and upgraded fixtures and the kitchen is fit for a culinary wizard with a gas stove, water softener and high-end appliances throughout, as well as a dual coffee maker to handle both drip and K-cup lovers with ease. The home is designed with the living area and kitchen up top to maximize those views. An elevator will carry you and your things effortlessly between the levels, and an outdoor shower will help you rinse away the sand before going inside.
Conveniently located near the Tiki Bar, you may never need to drive once you arrive at "Salty Paws". You'll enjoy the Thursday Night fireworks, Movies at the Lake on Sundays, and our famous Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. For the adventurous, you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park, if you bring your 4x4 vehicle.

No vehicles should be parked in the driveways or parking pads off of Texas Avenue. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Featured Amenities: Keyless Entry, Elevator, Pet Friendly, Ocean View. Outdoor Shower Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located to view the driveway. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

The home was perfect for our group of 4. It may possibly be the cleanest rental we've stayed in. My mother-in-law has mobility issues so the elevator was a huge help. I love that the location is close enough, but not right in the center of things.
Amazing house for a family wedding weekend. We were able to bring our dog. Elevator helps in unloading/loading luggage and groceries. Nice feature! Very clean home with spacious rooms and living area. Quiet street/area only 2 blocks to the beach. Would stay there again. Enjoyed everything.

Nice townhouse close to beach
We enjoyed our stay at Salty Dogs, the townhome is wonderfully positioned 2-3 blocks away from beach. Unfortunately the weather was not the best, but the home was comfortable enough to play a lot of board games. They also had a couple of games available.
The home is beautiful. The only issue we had was that we had to do some cleaning when we got there, but made the real estate
Company managing this home aware with their survey. Hopefully that will be resolved.
The outdoor deck was really nice too!
