Wonderful stay at Janets' place. It was a perfect location to enjoy the beach and relax. The condo was as pictured and our family of 6 fit comfortably in it. Carolina Beach was relaxing and had great restaurants. Will definitely be returning to Carolina Beach and Janets!

Everything we needed was there

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room and the convenience of a kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes. Many of our meals were taken on the balcony. We appreciated the access to beach chairs.

Awesome stay.

This was our first visit to the area but it won’t be the last. We had a wonderful time just hanging out and relaxing. Great location; and the condo is well stocked with things to make a stay comfortable. Sitting on the deck enjoying the sounds of the ocean was our favorite pastime.

The location is great with private walk out , I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the deck and listen to the waves …. Switch to nighttime having a drink on the deck and the full moon … breathtaking ….. I highly recommend …. Perfect for making family memories :)

An excellent place to enjoy the beach!

My friends and I just loved the location! It's really close to the beach. Our favorite thing was having our morning coffee seating on the back balcony while looking at the ocean!! Ms Perry, the ptoprty owner, was very responsive and replied to our messages in a timely and courteous manner. Thank you so much, Ms Perry! We are definitely coming back to this property! Thanksgiving weekend get away

We enjoyed our stay! The place was nicely stocked and we enjoyed being oceanfront very much! Loved being between the north pier and boardwalk - both a beautiful and easy walk! The shared hall bathroom drain is very hard to open/close - could use a little maintenance. Also just know that this unit is ground floor and guests will reside above you and you may hear pitter/patter from that! All said this is a comfortable place to stay in a nice location!!

Nice condo in excellent location

Very nice and clean property in an unbeatable location. The check in and out process was easy and it is close to all of the Carolina Beach landmarks. Private beach access was great and not crowded. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was wonderful! Only small difficulty was parking but that was not the fault of the owner. Once we figured out to park in the first space so no one could block us in we had no further issues.

Way more than I anticipated

This is an absolutely outstanding place to stay! As a graduation present to our son for 2020 high school and 2024 college, we wanted to give him a beach trip. Our daughter & her husband came and it was a great family trip. I was impressed with the pictures online but you have to be there to appreciate what this place has to offer. Great Location

Location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It’s only up one flight of stairs, directly on the beach and a three minute walk to a little convenience store/cafe. Communication with the property manager was great. Only small problems were that the cleaners were not ready even though we checked in an hour later, so our parking spaces were taken and it was a little confusing what was happening. Also, they are aware of the issue so maybe it’s being fixed but after multiple attempts, the dishwasher did not work for us.

Nice oceanfront condo, convenient location

This was our second time staying at this condo and we really like it. The location is great and this particular unit has the best/easiest parking spots at Whitecaps. It's on the first floor so there are less steps to climb and you have a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. The unit is clean and well-furnished. The check-in and check-out process is simple. This unit works well for kids of all ages. A few things that could make the unit even better: -The internet is not great. It frequently lags and glitches in and out. It isn't a dealbreaker, but it would be problematic if you were trying to work remotely using it. -There are starter items provided, but it's a pretty small amount (toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.) If you are staying for a longer time like we did (a week), it would be nice to have a little more of those items. -The beds are not particularly comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again next year!
