THE SPACE
Welcome to Blue Water Vista, a spacious 8BR/7BA Carolina Beach retreat made for family vacations, multi-family trips, reunions, wedding weekends and getaways with friends.

Your reservation includes the entire building, with two complete living spaces under one roof: a 3BR/3BA first-floor apartment and a 5BR/4BA two-level apartment above. Together, they give your group two full kitchens, two dining areas, two living rooms, multiple balconies and plenty of room to cook, laugh, relax and make beach memories together.

It’s an especially flexible setup for larger groups—one family can settle downstairs while another spreads out upstairs, grandparents can enjoy their own kitchen and living room, and everyone still gets to share the pool, backyard and all the fun in between.

The second and third floors connect inside and function as one complete two-level apartment.

ACCESS TO 3RD FLOOR

• Exterior stairs are required to reach the top oceanview deck

The elevator is especially handy for luggage, groceries and beach gear—because carrying suitcases upstairs is technically exercise, and nobody booked this vacation for the workout.

OUTDOOR SPACE
When you reserve the entire home, all ground-floor amenities are exclusively for your group:

The yard is not fully enclosed, so children and dogs should be supervised outdoors. Please use the charcoal grill only in the designated ground-level area.

Public Beach Access is less than a block away, making trips to the sand—and quick runs back for forgotten sunscreen—easy.

DOG-FRIENDLY
Up to 2 dogs are welcome subject to the pet limits and fees shown with your reservation.

Because the backyard is partially fenced rather than fully enclosed, pups should be supervised outdoors and always securely leashed when required.

They will probably assume the entire vacation was planned specifically for them.

We suggest letting them believe it.

PARKING
Blue Water Vista includes on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Please plan accordingly, as nearby street parking may be limited or restricted.
