Bright and airy home in the heart of Carolina Beach with lovely outdoor areas for play, relaxation and socializing! This spacious newer home is everything you imagine a beach house to be. Large, wide covered porch has table and chairs for casual dining and entertaining as well as conversation seating. The enclosed back yard has a private pool and hot tub plus large patio area with table, chairs and a flat grassy area for enjoyment. The parking and outdoor space this house offers is extraordinary!

Minimal steps from street level to the first floor and porch make it convenient and functional for young families and multi-generational gatherings. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

Open dining/ living/ kitchen and 2 bedrooms on ground floor; loft area/game room and 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor. All bedrooms have attached private bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, beverage cooler, pantry, and island. Inside dining for 12 (dining table and island bar seating).

The house is about 5-10 minute walk to the beach, with very close paid parking available if you'd rather not walk. Located on a quiet residential street it is an easy walk to most everything Carolina Beach offers.

When you are ready to explore, The Black Pearl is an easy stroll to downtown Carolina Beach and the board walk (less than 2 blocks). Carolina Beach offers restaurants, shopping, carnival rides, well known Britt's Donuts during the summer season and a vibrant night life. Fort Fisher, the Aquarium, the ferry to Southport, the State Park and Cape Fear river are all a short drive, when you are ready to explore further. The gazebo has live music and bingo in the summer months. Fishing charter boats, nightly party cruises, pontoon boats and paddle boards are available. Carolina Beach offers a greenway trail, family parks that include pickle ball court, skate park, basketball court and green space.

Within a 20 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and Front Street, museums, and more to see and do!

No Smoking and No Pets, please. Parking accommodates 5 vehicles; do not park on the grass, please. A 3 day minimum stay is required in off season; 7 day (Sunday to Sunday) stay mid June - mid August. Weekly discount except during high season. Greatly reduced monthly discount during off season! Inquire for details!

Fantastic House within walking distance to all of CB!

Great place for large families

Amazing location. Easy walk to grocery, ice cream, restaurants, beach and pavilion. The house is nicer in person than the booking with a well appointed kitchen, golf cart chargers, plenty of parking and pool and beach gear. We loved our stay and felt like the seating and layout of the house worked really well for our extended family to have a fantastic week.

My 60th Birthday

Rented the place to celebrate my 60th birthday. House was nice and clean. It's close to restaurants, night life, shopping and of course the beach. Check in was easy. Only issues we had were addressed the following day was the pool was dirty (leaves) and one of the beds didn't have the correct size sheets.

Great house short walk from the beach

Very clean and spacious house. Very short walk to the little grocery store and also not far from the beach. It wasn't quite warm enough to use the pool, but the porch was nice to sit on. One of the best features was a bathroom for each bedroom, which was great for 6 couples sharing the house.

Very large, spacious home for family Christmas!

The house had plenty of room for my family to enjoy the Christmas holidays. We all loved that every room had its own bathroom and loved the openness of the living, dining and kitchen areas. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, to prepare all our meals. We loved the short walk to the beach and all the cute shops and restaurants there. Kathleen answered all our questions prior to arrival and check in was easy.

Amazing place for a group!

We loved our stay! The house is large, clean, and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of space and chairs to sit with a large group and hang out. The wine fridge was cooled to a lower temp, so you have more room for sodas/beers. The new hot tub is a great addition. The sheets and towels provided are so much better than the thin and scratchy ones you usually get at house rentals. My group HIGHLY recommends this house!

Guilford getaway

Our group consisted of 6 friends from college who get together every 6 months. The place was clean and comfortable and we each had our own bedroom. When we had a problem with the coffee maker our host had a prompt solution. We recommend this place.

This was my first time booking for a larger group, and everything was fabulous. We had so much space, the place was very clean and everything at CB was in walking distance so if you’re 21+ very convenient. Comfy beds, great bathrooms very spacious. Only side note I have was with a bunch of people in the house the wifi did not always work but we were out a lot so really not a big issue for my party. Kathleen was awesome if I ever needed anything she was right on it! Great family friendly location for all ages - will absolutely be back!

Gem of a find

Our family of eight and 2 very small children had a fantastic stay at this home. The house itself was plenty large and had everything we needed. The pool was a bonus especially with the heat at the beach. Easily accessible to restaurants. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was a definite plus! We rented golf carts and there was parking and charging for those and well as our four vehicles. The property owners were accessible for any questions. Worth the stay!! Only be prepared to pay for parking for beach accessibility to Carolina Beach itself.

Very spacious house and good location

House was very spacious and clean. Just the kitchen inside the drawers could have been a little bit cleaner. Service could be a little bit better: Bed sheets were not already put onto the bed, we had to do that. No beach towels. No shower gel. All in all yet great for family with kids / friends. Would come back.
