Relax and enjoy in this single family 5 bedroom/5 bathroom home in the heart of Carolina Beach. View the city lights, fireworks and ocean breezes in the evening from your own balcony. Great layout for friends, families and/or multi-generational gatherings with private space and spacious group gathering areas. Hot tub, outdoor shower, picnic table, charcoal grill, seating and grassy yard for outdoor relaxation and play.
SLEEPS AND SEATS 14. Parking for up to 5 vehicles.
Main floor: Open kitchen, living and dining; 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and laundry. Well stocked kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, beverage cooler, and island. Dining table seats 10; island bar seats 4. Flat panel Smart TV in Living room and BluRay DVD player and a cable package. Laundry room with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Covered front porch has a dining table set and lounge seating. Bedroom 1 has queen bed and a bunk bed (single over full), TV. Bedroom 2 has king bed and TV.
2nd floor: Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and door to balcony. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and door to balcony. Balcony offers conversation seating and is a lovely place to enjoy ocean views and fresh air or read. Bedroom 5 has double bed and twin bunk bed. The bedrooms surround a Loft sitting/gaming area with Smart TV, books and comfortable seating.
Ground level offers a large, locked, guest storage to keep your items secure. Some beach chairs and toys available but condition and availability not guaranteed. Private rear yard is a grassy, partially fenced area. Hot tub, Charcoal grill, picnic table and adirondack seating provided. Outdoor shower (hot and cold water) for washing off sand prior to entering the home. Please wash off sand before entering hot tub!
Bed linens and 14 sets of towels are provided. Guest must make the beds.
The house is about 5-10 minute (.2 miles) walk to the beach, with very close paid parking available at the beach if you'd rather not walk. Located on a quiet residential street it is an easy walk to most everything Carolina Beach offers.
When you are ready to explore, Shore Fun is an easy stroll to downtown Carolina Beach and the board walk (less than a block). Carolina Beach offers restaurants, shopping, a carnival Memorial Day to Labor Day, well known Britt's Donuts during the summer season and a vibrant night life. Fort Fisher, the Aquarium, the ferry to Southport, the State Park and Cape Fear river are all a short drive, when you are ready to explore further. The gazebo has live music and bingo in the summer months. Fishing charter boats, nightly party cruises, pontoon boats and paddle boards are available.

Within a 20 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and Front Street, museums, and more to see and do!

No Smoking and no Pets, please. Parking accommodates 5 vehicles; do not park on the grass, please. A 3 day minimum stay is required in off season; 7 day (Sunday to Sunday) stay July - mid August. Weekly discount except during high season.

Close to everything

We had a lovely time. Any issues we had were resolved quickly by the property manager. There is plenty of space for large groups. Close enough to the beach and boardwalk, but set back from the main strip so it was still very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Great house!

The house was clean and as advertised. It was beautiful and met all of our needs. There weren't too many rules or requirements, we didn't have to work for our stay, which was nice. We would stay again, and would recommend!

Great house in great location

The location is very close to the "downtown" beach restaurants and bars so there is no need to drive or take a taxi anywhere. Towels are provided but there are no shampoo/soaps so you will need to bring your own.

Wonderful House, Perfect Location!!!

What an amazing place! This home was immaculate with good use of space and accommodations for all of our group. The property was in the middle of Carolina Beach, allowing for walkability to everywhere without feeling overwhelmed by noise or crowds. We loved it, are still talking about it, and can’t wait to go back!!!

Beautiful home!

This house was perfect for a large family! It was directly across the street from the board walk! All the stores, restaurants and the carnival were close! There is a storage room downstairs full of all the things you need for the beach! Chairs, toys, boogie boards and even a skiff board! Perfect beach house!!

Birthday trip

We had a group of 9 people staying at this house. It was perfect in every way!! It was two blocks from the beach. We rented two golf carts and hit the streets!! Five bedroom and five bath was perfect. Had to make your own beds but I knew that from reading the house instructions. It was wonderful and plan to stay again.

Golf Weekend / Masters

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and convenient location to walk to dinner and laid back bar locations. The only negatives were that the hot tub was not working, and the previous guest did not roll the trash cans out so we had a trash problem by the end of the weekend. Also would have been nice to have some general hospitality items like dish washing pods, dish soap, trash bags, complimentary shampoo / coffee, etc. Stuff You would expect at this price point.

Very spacious

We really enjoyed this beachhouse close proximity to the beach and the carnival. Very spacious, i had my family which included 5+me adults and three children....and i had my 2ndry family over for dinner and enough room for everyone. The only thing i wud suggest is a play area either inside or outside but there was a hot tub tht my family enjoyed. There was a 2nd sitting area upstairs but unfortunately the TV wasn't working 😒. But the front porch was great to sit and relax. Also we were able to park my families 4 vehicles as well as 3 of my 2nd families cars under the port. They're is beach gear provided such as chairs and a pull cart. Overall this place was pretty good 👍 👌 would highly recommend.

Perfect extended family vacation!

The house fit our group of 14 perfectly. We loved that the bedrooms had their own bathroom so everyone had their own space. Also, space for everyone to be seated for meals. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property, as well as the closet full of beach gear. One thing I will mention is the lack of beach towels. In the past when we have stayed at other properties in Carolina Beach, the beach towels were included with the linen service, but at this house they are not. We ended up having to purchase a few towels as we didn’t bring enough. But, all in all, you can’t beat the location of the house. Short walk to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants. Watching the boardwalk fireworks together from the upstairs balcony was amazing! We would gladly return to this house!

My mother was sad to leave and based on the property my dad swore we were rich

Honestly, I have zero negative comments about this property. It is will maintained, it was clean, it had updated appliances and furniture. I stayed here with my husband, twins and my parents. My parents each took a bedroom on the main level (my mother claimed it was because the bedroom with the bunkbed was better for her back) my dad said, it was like sleeping in a hotel. My husband and I took a bedroom upstairs and my kids loved thier room that had another room upstairs. My parents live in NC (about an hour away) and I will most definitely rent this beautiful home again for them. This property does have stairs before you even get up to the main level, but my parents refuse to feel old (80 & 71 respectifully), so they said the stairs weren't too bad. Thank you for opening your home to us!

The location could not be better - just steps from the downtown strip, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The host was responsive and attentive, making check-in smooth and ensuring we felt at home. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great vacation rental and absolutely awesome location. Everything was very clean. We appreciated the beach gear, wish there were beach towels too. We would definitely rent here again thouh. Some of our group flew in and didn't bring shampoo because the listing says shampoo is included.. but it's just a couple of teeny tiny bottles, so definitely bring your own shampoo!
