"Here’s a polished, ready-to-post review: Crossbasket Castle & Hotel has to be one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed and elegantly decorated and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, with fantastic quality and choice. "Lovely place to stay! Mary and Donald are excellent hosts and cook a superb breakfast. The house is clean, quite beautiful, and historic. It's about a 10 minute walk from plenty of shops and restaurants. Would happily stay at the Gables again."
