    In Carnac, in the highly sought-after Beaumer area, this renovated villa offers a rare setting for a seaside holiday. With its direct beach access and panoramic sea views, it allows you to fully enjoy the coastline at any time of day.

    The bright living space opens onto an East-facing terrace, ideal for sharing moments with friends or family, savouring a moment of calm after swimming and living to the rhythm of the tides.



    The house welcomes up to 6 people thanks to its two bedrooms, additional sleeping arrangements and two bathrooms. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, laundry room, barbecue and two parking spaces, it combines comfort, practicality and a privileged location.

    To enhance your stay, the tennis courts are 200 m away and the heart of the Carnac seaside resort is 1.5 km away.



    DESCRIPTION:

    Semi-detached house of 80 m², comprising two bedrooms and offering a superb sea view. Access is via a corridor located on the first floor. You will find there:



    On the 1st level:

    - Entrance to a tastefully furnished living area, offering panoramic sea views: dining area and lounge with television that can be transformed into a sleeping corner thanks to blackout curtains and a 160 cm double pull-down bed. A large bay window opens onto the terrace;

    - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster);

    - Bathroom: shower, sink;

    - Separate WC.



    Upstairs:

    - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 160 cm, 1 murphy bed of 140 cm, storage, sea view and access via a few steps to the shaded balcony-terrace by a cypress;

    - Bedroom 2: 1 bed of 140 cm, storage;

    - Bathroom with WC.



    East-facing terrace with outdoor furniture and direct access to Beaumer beach.



    Laundry room with washing machine in semi-basement, possibility to store bicycles or pushchairs.



    Access to the accommodation is via the back courtyard, which is secured by a gate common to both houses on the plot. Two parking spaces are reserved for tenants. A barbecue is available for use.
