Recent renovations, simple and elegant décor make the rental pleasant in all seasons. The 80 m² apartment is charming, beautifully decorated and fully equipped to provide you with maximum comfort. The living space is divided over two floors, downstairs you will find an open-plan area with a lounge, a dining room and a modern and very well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, raclette machine, toaster and kettle) then upstairs, you will find a second lounge, ideal for a quiet moment and a good film on the television. The latter has access to the second balcony where you will enjoy reading.



The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom is located on the ground floor and enjoys an opening onto the beautiful wooden terrace, it also has a private bathroom, the second double bedroom is on the third floor, it is a sweet cocoon where you want to snuggle up, the third bedroom will be ideal for children, it is equipped with a bunk bed and the fourth is a cosy nest equipped with a single bed.



For even more comfort, the apartment also has two other bathrooms, two toilets, a plancha, a washer-dryer, three televisions, an iron and a hairdryer.
