    - Entrance with storage serving the independent kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and independent toilets.

    - Independent equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, deep fryer, plancha.

    - Living room/Dining room: sofa bed 140cm, coffee table, storage, TV unit, TV, dining table + 6 chairs.

    Patio door opening onto balcony equipped with outdoor furniture (table, 4 chairs, parasol).

    - Bedroom: 1 double bed 140cm, 1 large chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp,

    - Bathroom with WC: shower, washing machine, towel dryer, washbasin with 1 sink, mirror, storage.

"Great location apartment close to beach. Excellent location for beaches as one block away from the sea. Shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely walks around Carnac.. Light airy lounge.Nice modern bathroom but very small kitchen." Sandra - Booking - 07/09/2025 "The apartment has been partly renovated but the bedroom feels tired and claustrophobic. No headboard on bed which was pushed up to the wall and was uncomfortable. Tiny balcony with no space to sit comfortably. Small fold up chairs were the only ones that fitted there." The location was fabulous.

"The location was fabulous. Secure free parking. Building very secure.The living room and bathroom were very up-to-date and modern." Appartement très agréable et bien situé. Seul petit point à améliorer la douche car l'eau déborde (manque de joint). Cependant, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
