In the area of the thalassotherapy center, this ground-floor apartment is located in a nice apartment complex in immediate vicinity of the thalassotherapy center, the nautical base and 150m from the beach, 500m from the shopping district of Carnac.

The kitchen opens onto the living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a television, sliding glass doors to the terrace with outdoor furniture. The terrace opens on a small private garden. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separated WC. Bedroom with 2 single beds (does not close with a door).
