No telephone inside your room to reach out the front desk. You have to walk all the way to the front when you need help.
TV was not set up to local channels.
They ran out of bath towels. We were given hand towels in the meantime to use.

The property sits in a wide area where it has a wide sandy white beach. Away from the crowded place. You can have dinner at the beach or next to it. It has excellent wide variety of food choices that are excellent taste. The staffs, 99% I encountered and interacted with were very helpful, professional and seems to enjoy what they do. Had great interaction with the staff at the bar who provided an excellent drink. The staff that serves us food were very helpful who listened to our questions and very professionals. The room we had was overlooking the pool and with a wide fantastic view of the entire beach. Although, water pressure from our shower were average, its very nice and clean. Overall it was an excellent resort place to stay. This could be our first option for our next trip.
